Vrsar is a beautiful small fishing town, located on a hill, which will amaze you at first sight. It is characterized by beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea, breathtaking lookouts, numerous bike and hiking trails, a medieval old town where many sights are hidden. Near Vrsar there is a protected bay - Lim Channel, submerged river mouth Pazinčica. Along the Lim Bay are Romualnova (with very significant paleontological and paleoanthropological finds) and Pirate Cave where, according to legend, Captain Morgan hid. The Pirate Cave is open to all visitors, while Romuald's Cave is further closed due to protector measures.
