1. OBLIGATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The Agency undertakes to protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of all Clients, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR). All our employees and business partners are obliged to respect the principles of privacy and confidentiality. We collect only the necessary, basic information about you, and inform you about how to use them. Personal data is information that identifies you. We do not collect or process your personal information, except when you give us your consent to order services.

2. COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Agency will use your personal data specifically for the purpose of technical administration on the site so that it would have access to specific information for the purpose of providing the service. This personal data stored in our information system is stored on a secure server and is available only to those who need this data to provide quality service. They are protected from loss, destruction, alteration / falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access, as well as from unauthorized disclosure. The use of data is limited to communication for the purpose of conducting sales transactions and informing customers. We guarantee that personal data will never be disclosed and used by third parties without your prior consent. Insight by the authorized services of the executive state power of the Republic of Croatia is excluded from this, for the needs of investigative actions based on a valid court order.

3. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering in the form, you confirm the accuracy of the above data, and give your explicit consent that we may, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, process personal data specified in the form for our own records and service. You must bear the damage caused by giving incorrect information.

4. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED

We request information from the Client on the form with personal contact information (such as e-mail address, telephone, name and address, date of birth, gender, nationality, and passport number and ID card). This information is used for invoicing and for fulfilling the Client’s orders. This contact information is also used for contacting to check data, orders and in case of problems in processing an order. Sensitive financial information such as credit card number, name of the credit card holder and the date when it expires are not visible to us and they are entered directly on the bank’s portal.

5. AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED DATA (NON-PERSONAL)

When you come to our web portal, general non-personal information is automatically recorded (not as part of the application). We use the same information to evaluate the traffic to our website, and to improve their content and functionality. Such data shall not be used for other purposes, nor shall it be transferred to a third party unless otherwise provided by law.
